Canada’s Algoma Steel agrees to wrist-slap fine after admitting guilt in the death of Damien Bryant

When Senior Crown counsel David McCaskill announced the $250,000 in fines imposed on Algoma Steel for Bryant's death, he conceded the penalty could have been higher, but said the US tariffs on Canadian steel had to be taken into account.
