President Donald Trump could slip back into the Oval Office in 2028 through an untested constitutional loophole, a former Watergate prosecutor said. Jill Wine-Banks , who served as an assistant special prosecutor during Watergate, took up the question in a Wednesday episode of the "Sisters In Law"
