Hayden Panettiere died from accidental overdose involving fentanyl, coroner says

According to a statement from the Greenville County Coroner's Office, a combination of fentanyl and its chemical byproduct, as well as the anti-anxiety medication alprazolam, was found in Panettiere's system.
