Healey to Ensure UK Pensioners Just Over Threshold Won’t Pay Tax

Chancellor of the Exchequer John Healey is working on measures to ensure UK pensioners who just exceed the threshold for paying income tax won’t have to do so, Prime Minister Andy Burnham’s spokesman said.
