Hochul on "troubling questions" in the Cornell rape case, says it exposes gap in state consent law

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul addressed the Cornell University gang rape allegations and said state Attorney General Letitia James will investigate the claims. Hochul also said the case is exposing a gap in state laws surrounding intoxication and consent. CBS News' Tom Hanson has more.
