National Lawyers Guild calls on Ukrainian court to free Bogdan Syrotiuk

The 15-year sentence “cannot be reconciled with Ukraine’s binding legal obligations,” the Guild’s president writes, and for a chronically ill prisoner “risks becoming, in effect, a sentence of death.”
