Ontario government’s slashing of student assistance fuels mounting opposition across university and college campuses

While the student protests across Ontario this Thursday are in the first instance directed against the austerity measures of the Ford Tory government, they are part of a burgeoning movement of youth protests that has shaken governments across Europe and begun to draw in the working class.
