Piddington, a tiny English village of 350 people have voted overwhelmingly —285 to 26 — to "leave" the United Kingdom in a symbolic referendum over plans to house around 1,250 male asylum seekers at a military site less than a mile away. The vote had no legal force, but drew a 92% turnout.
