Trump's push to restrict mail ballots failed. Other efforts to reshape the midterms continue

The Supreme Court this week closed the chapter on one of Trump's effort to dramatically overhaul of the nation's mail voting processes. But the case was just one example of the Republican president's numerous attempts to assert federal control over the upcoming midterms.
